Careful planning was key to this project at Lansell Plaza, where temporary hoarding was required to facilitate renovation works at The Reject Shop. By preparing the hoarding ahead of time and installing it overnight, the work area was established with minimal interruption to daily trading.

The hoarding stayed in place throughout the renovation, providing a clean and secure barrier while works were carried out behind the scenes.

A burst water main beneath the pumps at a Shell service station required our team to immediately react. The water supply had to be isolated, underground services located, concrete removed, the damaged pipework replaced, and the area reinstated, all while managing the operational requirements of a live site.

We coordinated every aspect of the response, the service locating, civil works, leak repair, temporary amenities during the shutdown and final reinstatement. A road plate kept the area accessible while the concrete cured, before we returned to complete the finishing works. The result was a fast resolution, minimal disruption and a single contractor managing the entire process from start to finish.

To improve accessibility at Lansell Square, we were engaged to relocate the centre’s mobility scooters to a more convenient location for customers. The project included the installation of protective barriers and bumpers to define the area and reduce the risk of accidental damage in a busy pedestrian environment.

The new layout creates a safer, more practical collection point for customers who rely on them. Simple changes like this can have a meaningful impact on the overall visitor experience and can play an important role in how a site functions.

We recently completed a guard rail installation at a Campbellfield site to protect a surrounding nature reserve embankment and prevent vehicles from driving up and down the slope into the car park. After assessing the site, we quoted the project and delivered the installation on time and within budget.

During the works, service detection identified underground pipes and cables within the installation area. Rather than proceed with conventional excavation, our team changed the approach and used a hydrovac to safely dig the holes. Making the right decision on site avoided the risk of damage to essential services and kept the project moving.

We recently manufactured and installed a custom replacement fence for Coles. With a dedicated metal fabrication area at our factory, we were able to respond quickly and produce a replacement tailored to the site's requirements.

The replacement fence returned the area to full functionality and restored safety. We replicated the existing design and delivered a high quality solution.

Our workshop supports a broad range of fabrication requirements, from replacement assets and infrastructure modifications to custom-built solutions where standard products aren't suitable.

Our team has been out across Bendigo conducting annual electrical safety inspections and testing at petrol stations, ensuring each location remains compliant, up to standard and operating safely.
