National Sorry Day & Reconciliation Week
Last week, our students recognised National Sorry Day by creating and displaying Native Hibiscus flowers, a symbol of resilience, survival and healing for the Stolen Generations. It was an important time to pause, reflect and learn.
As we continue Reconciliation Week, we reflect on this year’s theme ✨ All In ✨ reminding us that reconciliation is a shared journey built on respect, understanding and connection. Our students also celebrated Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures by sharing language from their own Mobs, as well as Dharawal words and greetings, helping us learn, connect and grow together.
A special shout out to Gadhungal Marring. We are grateful for our strong partnership and the opportunities it provides for our students, staff and wider school community.
Yadingji! ❤️💛🖤
