A wonderful opportunity to explore wellbeing through art creation!

Facilitated by renown therapist, teacher, artist and councillor, Dr Janine Brophy-Dixon, this art therapy session invites participants to explore creative materials as a way to support emotional regulation, self-expression, and mindful insight, helping build greater clarity and wellbeing.
