Maree O'Hare - Founder
is passionate about community inclusion and supporting people of all ages and backgrounds to have the same opportunities as anyone else. Her greatest talent has always been teaching and working in the field to offer the best possible outcomes to people in need, and along the way capturing genuine moments of insight and delight as improvements in their daily living become cemented into their care. She has a vast understanding of the disability service sector and has done extensive work with paraplegics and quadriplegics. Having such a knowledgeable, tenacious and compassionate person, at the helm leads the way for AAY and what they want to achieve as an organisation.
