The intention of th

is page is for purely positive recgnition of student and school achievement and to ensure that parents and the community are well informed of our schools events. Therefore we ask you respect the following guidelines.

1. Facebook users who have 'Liked' our page are able to comment on the school's posts and events and on comments by other users. Users are not able to author a post of their own or load media such as video or photos.

2. We do not endorse children under the Facebook age threshold of 13 years creating their own Facebook accounts. We encourage parents to share our page with their children through their accounts and to use our page as a role model for communication through social media.

3. We encourage you to provide feedback and comments however we ask you be respectful and contribute in a positive and constructive manner. Should you wish to bring a concern to the school's attention, this should be done by contacting the school directly to ensure we are able to deal with this matter in a timely and appropriate manner.

4. The school will not usually respond directly to requests or messages on Facebook, however we may clarify queries or comments. If you need to contact the school, please speak to your child's teacher or call us directly on 96462500.

5. You may use names in posts when you wish to acknowledge someone's great work or contribution. We wish our page to be used to build upon our positive culture and for 'patting someone on the back' publicly as we believe it goes a long way towards promoting a positive school and community.

6. As the page administrators, we reserve the right to remove any content which we deem to be in breach of these page Guidelines. This includes discriminatory, illegal, obscene or misleading/fraudulent comments, spam or any content which may break intellectual property laws.

7. Should you fail to comply with the page Guidelines you may be banned from the Beverley District High School page.

At Beverley District High School, we are passionate about broadening the horizons of every student. This week, our secondary students have been exposed to a range of exciting career pathways. On Monday, they participated in the Tourism and Hospitality Schools Career Promotion Program, gaining valuable insight into opportunities within the tourism and hospitality sector.
On Tuesday, students travelled to Channel Nine in Perth, where they were given a behind-the-scenes look at the media industry, helping to open their eyes to careers in this field.
Looking ahead, our Year 9 and 10 students will attend the SkillsWest Careers Expo next term, continuing their exploration of future pathways and possibilities.

🎉Coding Showcase – Primary Digital Technologies🎉
Students from Years 2–10 are currently engaged in coding projects across the school. Recently, our Year 5/6 and 4/5 students showcased their 90s-style arcade game projects to the Year 3/4 and 2/3 classes.
It was fantastic to see students sharing their creativity and coding skills while inspiring younger learners.

The Cadets have officially headed off to Swan Valley Adventure Camp and the fun has already begun! 🎉🏕️ This is an incredible opportunity for our secondary students to challenge themselves and create lasting memories. 💪✨
A huge thank you to Cadets WA and our amazing parent fundraising group for helping subsidise this camp and make it possible. 🙌💙

It was such a fantastic day with so much determination on show! We are incredibly proud of every runner who took part and contributed points for our school.
Beverley DHS even brought home the Primary Shield – an outstanding achievement! 🏆
A big thank you to Mrs Bailey for once again organising an incredible carnival, and to her amazing team of parent helpers who made the day run so smoothly.

Our Year 9/10 students are thriving under the guidance of specialist art teacher Mrs Luck, developing their skills as they create stunning tulip bowls. Their focus and creativity are a credit to them.
Our Year 8 students have also demonstrated outstanding effort and artistic growth through their complementary colour compositions. The quality of their work reflects their commitment and pride in their learning.

🌟Yesterday we held our Cross Country at the Beverley Golf Course. A huge thank you to the Beverley Golf Club Inc for allowing us to use their incredible facilities every year. 🎉
We had a fantastic turnout of parents and family members, and we sincerely appreciate everyone who came along to cheer students across the line.
🎉To all of our students, those who found it hard but did it anyway, and those who crossed the line with a podium finish—well done! Cross Country is tough, but the day was filled with an incredible amount of SPARK! And of course huge thanks to our amazing Mrs Bailey and Mrs De Silva for all their work in getting this carnival off the ground.
