Coming up these July school holidays is another of our highly anticipated Rhyme Time Raves!

With music by Lenny Pearce, this is a dance party for younger kids, aged 0-10 on Monday, July 6. Places are limited so bookings are essential. You only need tickets for the kids, though parents are required to stay with their children.

Tomorrow, Wednesday 27 May 2026, millions of children, parents, teachers, and library lovers across Australia and beyond will come together to read Luna Roo at the same time — celebrating the joy of reading, storytelling and connection. Published by Little Book Press the story follows the spirited kangaroo Luna and her friends as they chase their football dreams across the outback, blending action, teamwork and fun to inspire young readers.

Here at Bindoon Library, we'll be participating at the end of our usual Rhyme Time, so why not come along to that as well? Rhyme Time kicks off at 10:30am, and we'll be reading Luna Roo at 11am.

We'll also have a copy of Luna Roo as a door prize on the day!
