Thank you to everyone that supported the Bingara Lions Club barbecue at the Orange Festival yesterday. A huge thanks goes out to the members of Jesmond, Elermore Vale, Valla Beach, Warialda, Inverell and Inverell Macintyre Lions Clubs that came and helped out as well as any other helpers. The day was a big success thanks to all of you. It’s wonderful to have Lions helping Lions and we hope you enjoyed the day.

🍊🍊🍊 The Bingara Lions Club is firing up the barbecue at the Bingara Orange Festival this Saturday! 🍊🍊🍊

If you're heading along to enjoy the festivities, be sure to stop by and grab a delicious sausage or steak sandwich. Every purchase helps support the work our club does in the local community.

One of the great things about our club is that our members are only volunteering for a couple of hours each, giving everyone the chance to lend a hand and still enjoy everything the Orange Festival has to offer with family and friends.

We're also incredibly grateful for the support of fellow Lions who are travelling to Bingara to help us on the day. A big thank you to our visitors from the Inverell, Warialda, Gunnedah and Valla Beach Lions Clubs for giving up their time to support our community. Your friendship and service embody what Lionism is all about.

The Aussie Hay Runners are heading your way this King's Birthday Long Weekend with a 60 + truck convoy & our famous , and we'd love to see the community come out and show their support!

As our convoy rolls into town, give us a wave, cheer us on, and help us spread a little country spirit. Every smile and friendly face along the route means the world to our volunteers and the farming families we're supporting.

📍 We'll be stopping at the Bingara Showgrounds, so come down, say hello, check out the trucks, and show your support for this incredible cause.

Let's make Bingara a town to remember and give our convoy a warm country welcome! Bring the family, bring your mates, and let's line the streets with plenty of waves and community spirit.

A lot of people say they don’t want to join a volunteer organisation for a variety of reasons. One of the main concerns we hear is that people don’t have the time, or they don’t want to miss out on special events because they feel they have to commit to club activities during those times.

At the Bingara Lions Club, we completely understand that family and personal commitments come first. We would never expect someone to miss an important event just to help cook a barbecue or attend a working bee.

You decide when you can offer your time — with no pressure and no judgement. If you choose to help out, you can let us know when you’re available and how long you can assist for. We often work with rosters so everyone can enjoy events like the Orange Festival while still lending a hand where needed.

If you would like to join our wonderful club, or simply learn more about what we do, send us a message on Facebook or have a chat with one of our members. Helping your community really is a rewarding experience.
