Hello Everyone! ☺️

We hope you are all doing well!!

Just a quick update on the Census forms - We will have a gentleman dropping off some Census reply paid envelopes at the post office on Monday morning. If you haven't received the envelopes, please feel free to visit us at the post office and we will be able to hand them out to you.

You can also use your own envelopes with the below return address on and send it back at no postage cost:

You can drop off your filled out census envelopes at the Birregurra Post office counter or through the slots under the PO boxes or in a red box outside the Deans Marsh General store, as per your convenience.

The wait is over.......We're so so excited to announce that the new 2026 Bluey Coins and Bluey pin covers have officially arrived at the Birregurra Post Office!

These are a must-have if you are a collector or a Bluey fan! 🪙💙

Additionally, we have stocked up on the CIRCULATED $2 Bluey coins. That means when you pay with cash or make a cash withdrawal, you will be eligible to receive these circulated coins as part of your change!!!
(Please note- due to limited stock, these are not available for swaps.)

You can pop-in at the Birregurra Post Office and get your hands on them before they're gone! LIMITED STOCKS ONLY!

We will be closed on the following days:

Good Friday- 3rd April
Easter Saturday- 4th April
Easter Sunday- 5th April
Easter Monday- 6th April

We will reopen on Tuesday 7 April 2026.

We are providing free mail hold and mail redirection services for customers in areas impacted by the recent fires who had to evacuate due to fire danger warnings.

Please reach out to us at the Birregurra Post office and we can action it straightaway.

We are open from 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

It's that magical time of the year again, and we are back with Secret Santa Letters!!! 🎅🏻✨ If your little ones are bursting with Christmas wishes, and doodles for santa, they can now drop their Secret Santa Letters at the Birregurra Post Office. 📫💌

The best part about this is that Santa will write back, with a little holiday sparkle added in!! ✨✨✨✨

Here's how it works:
1. Have the kids write their letters to Santa! 🎄
2. Drop it in the special santa mailbox at the post office! 📮
3. Santa will write back so keep an eye on the mailbox at home! 💌

The Post Office is open Monday to Friday- 9:00am to 5:30pm!!! ☺️
