Blacktown City Libraries A connected place for ideas, imagination and inspiration. Blacktown City Council operates 5 public libraries across Blacktown City. Ph: 9839 6677. Ph: 9421 2670.

Services range from books, DVDs and community language materials to internet services and reference resources. Libraries run regular children's programs and a home library service is available for homebound readers.

- Membership to the Blacktown City Libraries is FREE.
- Each library has wireless internet connectivity.
- You can search, renew and reserve library items 24/7 via https://blacktow

- The libraries have a large collection of DVDs and magazines - suitable for all ages.
