🐂 Rising Bulls 🐂

Each year, our bull calves are continually assessed from a young age, with only the standouts grown out, we make the decision to mark very heavily, with temperament and structural correctness at the forefront.

We are excited to introduce four rising 2-year-old bulls alongside one exceptional (almost) yearling bull, each offering strong genetics, sound structure, and quiet, workable temperaments.

🐂 W2 Wedgetail Eagle (AVS T3 x Notta Hawkeye) - Registration pending) At just 10 months old, Wedgetail Eagle is already turning heads with his depth and capacity are second to none, with enormous upside as he continues to develop.

🐂 V17 Viper (LST M120 x Premier Logic) A powerful, well-balanced bull combining proven maternal strength with performance and structure.

🐂 V28 Venom (LST Q32 x JSF Unmarked) Long-bodied and sound, Venom offers excellent capacity and a calm, reliable temperament.

🐂 V32 Van Dam (OLI Q1 x Minamaurra Montezuma) A bold, masculine bull with strong bone, presence, and structural integrity.

We look forward to watching these young bulls continue to mature and perform.

Waratah Pho-Finish M120 is a farm favourite here at Avon Valley Speckle Park. Purchased in 2020 from Waratah Speckle Park Stud, she continues to be a standout in our program. An easy-doing cow with an exceptional temperament, M120 continues to deliver year after year, producing quality progeny that we are incredibly proud of.

We’re kicking off the New Year by spotlighting AVS T16 Tessa, an AAA P22 x Cora Balla Vmax heifer. T16’s calf is bred to AVS U14 Pason (Black Diamond Salad Dressing x Legacy Pason) and is due any day now, set to be our first calf of 2026 (finding X-names should be interesting! 😅).

We’re really looking forward to seeing what this cross brings and can’t wait to share updates as the year gets going.

Hopefully in 2026, we can prioritise some time to keep sharing more of the cattle within our program.

1/8 (approx 25kg - 30kg)
1/4 (approx 50 - 60kg)
All @ $25/kg

Each box gets that share of each cut so you will get everything from eye fillet, scotch, roasts through to snags and mince. With the meat packaged for a family of 4.
