If you've ever walked into the ocean and felt like your whole life has reset- this is the reason.
Most people think the sea "relaxes you" but scientists discovered something far more extreme; Salt water doesn't just calm the body- it reprograms it.

With the NSW Greens pushing for a 5% tax on holiday rental listing it would do nothing to ease the housing situation as property owners would only add the tax on their rates.
Better to look at a property vacancy tax on properties that remain unoccupied for periods of 6 months or more.
With thousands of properties in suburban areas that are bought but remain vacant for years it would be a way to entice owners to lease out their unit or vacant house.
