🌟The adventures on Day 3 didn’t just stop at the beautiful War Memorial…🌟

Afterwards we made our way to experience the Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House. 🏛️

Then we went to explore and learn how the elections & voting works at the Electoral Education Centre ✅. We also gained knowledge on federations, as well as when First Nations People and Woman were able to start voting We also learnt the difference between the House of Representatives & the House of Senate. The students go to put their skills to the test have a great learning experience! 👨🏽‍🫯‍👨🏼 They were all so very amazed to be able see The Parliament House Canberra.

A day filled with fun, interactive, hands on learning opportunities! 📝📚

🌟Day 3 of the 5/6 Snow Camp🌟

The crew was off to discover the beautiful War Memorial 🌹 this morning. The structures and memorials 🪦were just incredible, the students were amazed! We were honoured to be able to be in such an important place where we could show our respects for those who had fought for us.

🌟Day 2 was in full motion today!🌟

With some delicious scrambled eggs 🍳 & pancakes 🥞 filling the kids up, off they went to the National Zoo & Aquarium Canberra. The students got to see some pretty incredible animals 🐒🦒🐆🐅. Afterwards they ventured off to Questicon where the students were able to explore over 200 hands-on science 🧬 and technology 🧲 exhibits spread across interactive galleries. Completing their amazing day with some butter chicken 🥘 and a Toy Story marathon🧸🤠🐴🍿🎥!

A very big heartfelt THANK YOU to Bob & Val from THE MIN MIN STORE, BOULIA. They have very kindly and generously donated each student with $50 to take with them on their SNOW CAMP!⛷️☃️

The students are so grateful and appreciative for your connectivity and support that you continue to give all year round ❤️

The excitement is in the air, and hopefully the snow flakes will be too 😆

These students are going to have an amazing journey, exploring, discovering, learning and… possibly a few falls 😅⛷️
