This is not a performance.
This is not a lesson.
This is not a talent show.
Music Hangz is a relaxed community session where you can explore sound, rhythm and connection in your own way.
You might:
Listen quietly
Tap along
Sing if you want to
Bring your own instrument
Try one of the instruments available
Sit on a beanbag and simply enjoy the room
Take breaks when needed
There is no pressure to talk, perform or participate in one particular way.

Our Sound Bowl Healing Hangz offers something different.
A welcoming space where you can lie down, get comfortable and experience the gentle sounds of crystal bowls, chimes and other calming instruments.
There is no right way to participate.
You can simply listen.
Rest.
Breathe.
Or quietly enjoy the moment in your own way.

Everyone experiences sound differently, and that's perfectly okay.

Hi everyone,

It turns out flu season has officially launched a hostile takeover, and the germs are winning this round. To keep everyone safe, we’re postponing tonight’s Parent Support Group meeting.

Consider tonight an official pass to trade group discussion for tea, chicken soup, fuzzy socks, or an early bedtime. We’ll regroup once the germ storm clears and everyone's immune systems bounce back.

Rest up, stay hydrated, and wishing your whole household a speedy recovery if the bug has already hit! We'll send out a new date as soon as the coast is clear.

A quick update 💛

Unfortunately, due to lower-than-expected numbers and some unforeseen circumstances, we’ve made the decision to postpone tomorrow’s Neuro Hangz event to when less people are sick with the flu.

We’re disappointed we won’t get to hang out with you tomorrow, but we’d much rather reschedule and create the kind of welcoming, connected event we had planned.

We’ll share a new date very soon, so keep an eye on our socials.
