🔧 TRY A TRADE EXPO AT BOWRAL HIGH SCHOOL 👷‍♀️👨‍🍳

Last Friday, 28 August, our Year 9 and 10 students had the opportunity to get hands-on and explore the world of trades and vocational pathways at the EPP x RIEP Interactive Try a Trade Expo, held as part of National Skills Week! 🎓✨

From virtual welding and heavy machinery to hairdressing and hospitality, students got to try something new, meet industry professionals and discover the many exciting career pathways available in our local community. 👷‍♂️💇‍♀️🔩👨‍🍳

It was fantastic to see our students getting involved, having a go and learning more about the industries and opportunities available to them! 🙌

A big thank you to TAFE NSW, Eilbeck Heavy Machinery and Tyree for supporting the expo and providing our students with valuable hands-on experiences and insights into different industries. We also appreciate everyone who helped make the day such a success! 👏

🎉 Congratulations to Sam S from Year 10, who was the lucky winner of a welding helmet donated by Total Tools Albion Park and presented through TAFE NSW! 🔧

We’re proud to provide our students with opportunities to explore their interests, build their skills and start imagining what their future could look like! 🌟
