The 20 richest Australians have more money than 3 million households. Why is that a problem?

Because billionaires have more money than ever before, and they’re using it to buy more political influence.

Billionaires have their fingerprints all over Australian politicians.

The major parties aren’t interested in fixing anything, they won’t bite the hand that feeds them.

And One Nation? They’re not here to change the system, they serve the same billionaires and vested interests.

While you work hard to keep your head above water, the wealth of Australia’s billionaires increases by $50k a minute.

The system is broken.

Your wages are taxed heavily. The wealth of the 1% is not. It’s time we changed that.

While Pauline dines with Gina Rinehart and Albanese protects the profits of gas corporations and professional property investors, the Greens are fighting for people.

In Victoria, we’ve seen the huge positive impact of free public transport on people’s lives. Today, that came to an end. 🫠

More people on trains, trams and buses helps everyone. Fewer cars on the roads means less pressure on fuel, which is especially important right now - it means more fuel for the regions, for farmers, and for the trucks that keep their produce moving around the country.

Our public transport should be free, frequent and reliable.
