"the Ombudsman has responded by saying they will not look at the matter because we have not gone through the official QBCC Complaints process yet. QBCC Complaints need to be made to the same branch of the QBCC we are dealing with on your matter, so we are apparently supposed to complain to the very people we are complaining about - unbelievable…"
