Roma Street Parkland Stunning inner-city Brisbane 16 hectare parkland, including the world-class Spectacle Garden. The only space dogs are not permitted is the Spectacle Garden.

Open seven days a week located in the heart of Brisbane city, Roma Street Parkland is an oasis of designer gardens and sprawling lawns that wind around 16 hectares of stunning parkland. Well known by garden and plant enthusiasts for its exceptional horticultural standards, it is also a popular visitor destination, housing free barbecues, picnic spots, two playgrounds and a year-round calendar of e

vents. The consumption of alcohol is permitted, provided it is with a substantial meal in two designated areas - Celebration and Lakeside Precincts, from 10am to 8pm daily. Dogs are welcome in the Parkland but must remain on a lead at all times, not be one of Brisbane City Council’s identified dangerous dog breeds and provided you clean up after them. Please note that this rule does not apply to assistance dogs.

🚂 Xpress Fun Train Temporary Stop Change

The Xpress Fun Train has temporarily relocated its pick-up and drop-off point to the area near the Celebration Lawn BBQs, underneath Allee Bridge.

This temporary move is required while important decking improvement works are carried out within the parkland. The train is expected to operate from this location until early October.

While you wait, popcorn and ice cream will be available for purchase during this period 🍿🍦
