As Exercise Long Look comes to a close, the soldiers of 2nd/14th Light Horse Regiment (Queensland Mounted Infantry) extend our sincere thanks to our British partners from the Royal Lancers for their professionalism, knowledge and willingness to share their experience throughout the exercise.

Their expertise, commitment and open-minded approach have strengthened our training and reinforced the value of working alongside close allies. Beyond the lessons learned on the training area, the friendships and professional relationships built during their time with us are a lasting reminder of the strong bond between our armies.

We thank the Royal Lancers for their contribution to Exercise Long Look and wish them a safe journey home. We look forward to the opportunity to train together again in the future.
