Bunyaville EEC is looking for an Administration Officer (AO2) to join the team for 2 days per week (10 hours). The days are separated, 1 at the beginning and 1 at the end of the week.

The main part of the role is to manage the booking process, and therefore skills and experience using Excel, Word, Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications is required. They would also do other tasks such as organising PD, catering, marketing and event management.

Are you a positive team player, willing to learn, flexible, happy to pitch in as well as having the skills above? If so, please contact Ollie, Principal on 3353 7777 to discuss further.

Initial contract from Monday 7 September to Friday 11 December 2026. High possibility of extension.

Last week we held our Reconciliation Elders' Morning Tea and were joined by Elders, community members, senior students and leaders from 8 local High Schools, Department of Education representatives and Bunyaville EEC staff. It was a wonderful morning of connection, celebration and promise.

We were treated to an amazing performance by Jake Fabila on the yidaki and didjeribone followed by a presentation from Albany Creek SHS students. The students shared what they do and have done at their school including beautiful artworks and their Acknowledgment of Country song. Incredible!

It was then time for everyone to connect over a beautiful morning tea created by the hospitality students at Albany Creek SHS.
