Ladies and gentlemen,
We have introduced a range of communication strategies to improve convenience for parents and enhance efficiency of our administration.
QSchools app, as a reflection of the content of the web page, now serves to provide up-to-date details of the activities within the school.
QParents app has been incorporated to provide information and services regarding your individual children including access to reports, a secure, effective bill payment portal and a simple method for advising us about absences.
We will continue to use email and text messages where these best suit the content and the urgency of the messages and our newsletter will be published each fortnight.
As a consequence of these enhancements, our page will be closed. The coverage of this medium whilst suitable for some parents, was not providing full coverage and required significant management by our staff.
I am confident in our communication strategies and thank all staff involved for their diligence in keeping you informed.
