What a fun challenge this one was!

Thank you to Bertshomemaintenance who brought the trailers and tools to do the yard while I did the home & the two men to lift the fridges out of the house for me (I have less muscles 😉)

A weekend, lots of muscles and a trailer and this property has been brought back to life ready to renovate and fix up once again 😀

An amazing effort from all involved

1. Door frames
2. Skirtings
3. Light switches

Tenants will give an amazing clean up but sent back because they have missed something like this.
