ORS is currently rated as the top performing Employment Service Provider on the Central Coast (4.5 star rating out of a possible 5 stars given by Department of Education, Employment Workplace
Relations). We can list your positions(s) vacant and search our data base of clients, we then advise you of all suitable applicants that fit your description of exactly what you are looking for to fill your position. It is totally up to you to advise what and who you are looking for and I will Endeavour to fulfill these requests as best as possible! In some cases, employer wage incentives are available to assist you with the cost of recruitment and training costs however, these are available for selected clients only based on government criteria. I would be certain to let you know if any referred clients have government assisted wage incentives available so that you can decide whether to take this offer up. Some wage incentives can be as high as $3000 to $4000 over 26 weeks of employment (there is certain criteria to be met in relation to rate of pay and hours worked each week) but the wage subsidy can be used by your organization however you wish.
