Advtech Pty Ltd is 100% Indigenous owned and operated, We are a proud Indigenous company established by members of the Jabirr-Jabirr nation, belonging to the Dampier Peninsula. We are passionate about building a quality-focussed, sustainable and innovative business that will beneﬁt the civil and mining industries as well as local Indigenous people. Our business had operated a sole trader since 2012 under Advtech Civil & Mining, but has now transitioned to as a private Australian company (Advtech Pty Ltd) as of March 2018, our company is committed to providing quality services to the civil and mining industry. We are passionate about bridging the gap between indigenous and non-indigenous companies. We express this passion by devoting ourselves to the employment, training and empowerment of our countrymen while striving to cultivate lasting connections and success within the civil and mining community.

We endeavor to achieve ongoing excellence in safety performance whilst completing each project within the set time frame. We believe in finding a balance between traditional and innovative training methods and techniques.

We actively promote questions and ideas because we believe that they are the fundamentals to being proactive. Advtech Pty Ltd is a company that will strive to be proactive and not responsive, we will ensure we do the job on time, on budget the first time.

We have excelled in planning and organising site mobilisation, developing and implementing operational requirements, contractor supply and management, consultation with the client’s management team, reporting and payment negotiations and determining the most efficient development and employment needs for each project

We specialise in road maintenance and construction, mining production and development, pre-stripping and remedial works. Managing and constructing water infrastructure through our partnership with Cobey. With Advtech Training we also provide national accredited training and certification through our RTO partnership with Down To Earth Training.

Advtech has successfully started working on the Broome to Cape Leveque Road Upgrade and has developed partnerships with Cobey Construction to ensure our Indigenous people get more exposure to the civil and mining industry. We would like to extend our peoples capabilities into mining to ensure future prosperity and community growth through our peoples hard work.

We have Indigenous participants waiting for the opportunity for training and employment from Bunbury to Kununurra. We not only have trainees, we also have experienced operators if you require coverage to ensure production and targets are met. Our objective is to ensure our client’s receive the best service with minimum disruption, by creating a business to cater for your every need. An Indigenous workforce with a diverse range of skills, this is our unique product.

We are not Government funded or community based, we are a company built off hard work self-driven talents. We understand the barriers with regards to being compliant and ensuring our operation target is met, this is the reason Advtech Training was developed to confidently train our people to sustainably reach this.

Advtech Pty Ltd has a depth of experience in both production and working to specific requirements. Our previous experience include roles with companies such as Rio Tinto, BHP, Nirrumbuk Aboriginal Corporation, Ngarda Civil & Mining, BGC Contracting, NRW Civil & Mining, Thuroona Services and Armaroo Energy.
