Father’s Day Breakfast at RPPS!

What a wonderful turnout we had this morning as we came together for our Father’s Day Breakfast and celebrated a range of special people in our students’ lives - dads, grandparents, carers, all family members, father figures and other important people who support, guide and care for them.

The pancakes and sweet treats looked incredible and tasted even better! 🥞 We loved seeing so many of our families and special people joining us and sharing the morning together.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported this special breakfast event. We would also like to extend our thanks to our staff and students for their efforts in preparing, cooking and serving the delicious pancakes and treats.

It was a truly special way to start the day, and we are grateful for the opportunity to come together as a school community and celebrate all of the people who play such an important role in the lives of our students.

💙 Teacher Assistant Appreciation Week 2026 💙

This week we are celebrating our amazing Teacher Assistants at Romaine Park Primary School!
Our TAs bring so much to our school community every single day through their hard work, passion, care and commitment. They build caring and supportive connections with our students, helping them to grow, thrive and feel a genuine sense of belonging, while also providing invaluable support to our staff and families.

To celebrate this special week, we asked our staff to share some words that describe each of our wonderful TAs and why “Our school is better because you…”. We’ve brought their messages together in this clip as a small reflection of just how valued our TAs are and the positive impact they have across our school. These messages will also be displayed around our school for our students, families and staff to enjoy throughout the week.

We encourage our whole RPPS community to get around our wonderful TAs this week! If you see one of them around the school, take a moment to say hello, say thank you or share a few kind words to let them know how much we appreciate the important work they do.

🌟 Happy Teacher Assistant Appreciation Week to our incredible RPPS TAs! We are so thankful for all that you do. 🌟

This week, we proudly celebrate Kate, our Speech Pathologist, and Carolyn, who supports our speech program. Together, they help our students develop communication skills, build confidence, and participate fully in learning and friendships. Through their expertise, patience, and encouragement, they make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students every day. We are incredibly grateful for the care, dedication, and support they bring to our school community. Thank you, Kate and Carolyn, for helping our students find their voices and reach their potential.
