Chef Chris is bringing you the taste of Seville, Espańa by serving traditional Gambas Paella 🥘 Spanish saffron prawns and rice.
Juicy SA prawns, saffron, capsicum, bomba rice, peas and lemons all cooked the traditional way over fire in adorable individual Paella pans. Vegetarian option available.
A true old-world classic, crafted for those who love to explore flavour beyond the ordinary. Pair it with a Clare Valley wine or our signature UPPside Sangria and travel to Europe from one table. 🥘🍷
