💡 What inspired you to join the sector?
“I was inspired to join the disability support sector because of my commitment to compassion, respect, integrity, and reliability. I believe in valuing each person’s individuality, honouring their choices, and doing what’s right even when no one is watching.”
✨ Your favourite part about the work?
“I am deeply motivated by the opportunity to help participants live out their chosen lifestyle and experience genuine personal growth and autonomy. Supporting people to build confidence, independence, and meaningful life experiences is the most rewarding part of my work.”
🤝 What does quality care mean to you?
“Quality care, to me, means acting with integrity, honesty, and transparency in every interaction. These values guide my decisions, my communication, and the way I show up for participants and colleagues each day.”
