Fairfield Is Where I Live

Fairfield Is Where I Live ‘Fairfield’ is used here as a short title for the City of Fairfield Local Government Area in NSW which incorporates 27 suburbs. Community input is welcome.

Administered by Charles Gream, a resident of Cabramatta. This is a Page for Fairfield community expression about anything good or bad affecting the quality of our day-to-day living and the environment in which we live, including our streets and open spaces like parks, reserves and creeks. This Page does not take away the responsibility of any individual or group to ask the relevant authority such

as Fairfield Council, power companies, railways, roads, telecommunications or water services to attend to any problems of concern. Having done that, feel free to comment and submit photographs, if you have any, so we as a community, have awareness of what we each experience. This Page is moderated, so that you might not view your contributions immediately. Comment found to be unfair, defamatory, crude or irrelevant to the subject of discussion will be removed, and/or the author of said comments blocked from using the page. Suburbs of the City of Fairfield Local Government Area are listed in the council’s records as:

This International Level Crossings Awareness Day remember to:

✋ Slow down and obey the signs and signals at level crossings
🛑 Never enter a level crossing if there are flashing lights, bells or boom gates activated
🚗 Never stop or queue on the tracks

Trains can't stop quickly so always stay alert and never drive onto a level crossing if a train is coming.
