Introducing 🥁Mark Schmitt: Championing Men's Mental Health 🙌🏼

We are so excited to announce the newest member of our psychology team, Mark Schmitt.
Mark joins us with a diverse and extensive background spanning social services and the business sector. He is deeply rooted in the local community, where he has dedicated significant time to raising awareness, facilitating support groups, and leading training courses with a passionate focus on men’s mental health.

Understanding the unique barriers many men face when seeking support, Mark leverages his practical experience from working within the trades and construction industries. This gives him a genuine, "down-to-earth" communication style that resonates strongly with clients from these sectors and beyond.

Mark meets people where they’re at, making therapy and mental health engagement more accessible and less intimidating for men who might have previously found other approaches challenging.

We know Mark’s grounded presence and community-focused experience will be an incredible asset to both our clients and our team. We are so grateful to have him with us.

Mark has availability to take on new clients from December 8.

📍 Exciting Update from PNG!

Our team recently visited to review the installation of a Fire Hydrant System. We collaborated closely with the client to address several issues, highlighting non-conformances in the installation and also maintenance procedures.

The client was very impressed with our professionalism and has requested our engagement for the remainder of the development!

We’re now gearing up to document Stage 3 and will soon provide our inspection services for the installation.

🌟 Project Highlight 🌟
MOSSMAN HOSPITAL

This was one of our most challenging projects yet! The roofing system was in dire need of an upgrade, with gutters overflowing back into the building. We faced the unique challenge of utilizing the existing structure while navigating the complexities of heritage-listed buildings.

A huge shoutout to our amazing team at for their dedication and expertise in overcoming these obstacles. 🏛️✨

WORK has started to replace the roof on one of Queensland’s oldest hospitals at Mossman.

Working in remote areas away from the mainland is one of our strengths.
