For all the work we do indoors, there is nothing more powerful then to be within each element.

Sit at the lake and breath the still and calm as the magical sounds of nature sooth the soul.

Sit on the back porch and let the power of the thunderstorm roll through you, feel the vibrations rattling every time that rumble and crack booms across the sky.

Dip your toes in the stream and feel the power that moving water has to shape our planet, the movement generating not just energy of its own right, but the wearing of the land how that small little trickle can become a river and then a ravine.

Sit at the fire and stare into the flames appreciating the powerful destructive and life giving amazing that is fire. Wonder at the miraculous circle of energies and how they unite and transform to allow existence.

Climb the mountain and feel how much it has endured, its sheer resilience in existing amongst a landscape that would continually wear it down, feel the wonder when you reach the top and view the magic of our country from above. The mountain giving power to other elements as well as taking power away - water running so much faster down the mountain yet not able to run up the mountain, fire burning brightly up the mountain yet fizzling and becoming nothing down the mountain.

Stand at the top of the mountain as the wind pulls at your body and feel its energy flowing, close your eyes and appreciate the power of wind when it is not constrained, the energies to move and shape our world is as destructive and life giving as water and fire.

Earth the home of all the above energies, the place that gives them a home to exist. The wonderful balance that keeps all earthly energies flowing, walk through the bush and feel the energies in all that exists, in the grand old tree that has watched the world go by for 300 years, in the energetic bee that supports such a long existence through its own very quick and busy 3 week life. Fill yourself with magic, energy having found a way to intertwine and interchange so perfectly and miraculously existence can be.

Close your eyes and let the white power of heaven radiate over and through you, pure energy, energy that is all and everything as well as nothing, energy that is all consuming and all giving in equal measure. Be humbled in the miracle that is existence, be empowered by the greatness that is creation. Appreciate the now for the amazing moment in eternity that it is.

Lake Merran is where I sat yesterday - a place that is all of 40 minutes from where I live … we constantly seek yet oftentimes fail to see what is in front of us and what we already have ❤️

When you do a bush tucker cook up scone style 😁 - mob meals at the Echuca Neighbourhood House... My downright favourite would have to be the sunrise lime whipped cream, with Kakadu plum jam on scones - sooooooooo good! The soup was almost equal to that, so much unique flavour from the bush tomatoes, it went down really well with the pepper berry scones 🤤🤤

Have some fun with your cooking - add Taste Australia Bush Food Shop bush tucker flavours 🤩😍

We also enjoyed some rosella and strawberry gum tea with the scones - a very sweet, fruity herbal tea that is well worth adding to the cupboard 😁

Whilst I was listening to The Embodied I Ching / Rhyn Nasser lesson for today and making a necklace for a friend the inspiration to weave an infinity loop struck, and the necklace became no more 🙈 ... They actually look rather pretty, looking forward to playing with this more and seeing what else I can weave into the design (emu feathers, gems, different patterns etc!)

My intention for a long time has been to use this space to support health and healing in others, through Cultural connection, spiritual connection and wellbeing, and the embracing of practices that support complete mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health. My biggest challenges with sharing this space for this purpose is in feeling neither myself nor the property is yet good enough to support others, that we are not enough as we currently are. My other challenge is that I absolutely HATE the existence of commercialism that we live in, I do not want to live this existence, yet to do what I want to do with this space I need to embrace commercialism - it is a big roadblock I am working on.

Anyways! Long story shorter - I have a dream, I can not see yet how to make it happen but the dream is there .... and in pursuit of that dream and in myself being 'good enough' to invite others to this little slice of heaven I am studying with Rhyn Nasser and Chrystal under their https://www.facebook.com/embodiediching practitioner training (no idea why I couldn't tag Chrystal of Embodied I Ching so linking instead).

In pursuit of overcoming my obstacles in supporting a commercialised world I will be sharing lots from this learning as whilst I have a road block to making money from helping others, that is my roadblock alone, and I fully support others making money from what they are doing, Rhyn and Chrystal deserve as many people joining their training as possible (its a very good course!)🫣❤️

Join us on Friday for a fun evening celebrating Autumn! Cacao, fire, fairy lights, music and dance - what more magic could you want!

If the distance is a bit of a hike for you - no problem in asking to throw out a swag, and bringing along some bacon to add to our farm fresh eggs for a BBQ breakfast - our night sky is phenomenal!

Peppermint gum macadamia chocolates with iced gumbi gumbi tea

Bush mint rissoles with native thyme hasselbeck baby potatoes

Lemon myrtle spiced chicken with a rivermint yoghurt salad on wrap

Lemon myrtle macadamia scones with wattleseed honey cream

My favourite were the wraps, ohhhhhh so fresh and yummy!

So much of todays mob meals was grown fresh in the garden, it was a delight to be able to share chemical free home grown goodness ❤️

Thank you Taste Australia Bush Food Shop for all the amazing dried bush tucker flavours you provide for these meals - so easy for those wanting to add Australia into their own cooking.

Thank you the lovely volunteers and attendees who came along and enjoyed the experience.

This month celebrates National Eucalypt Day so the lovely eucalypts on my farm provided some leaves for us to scruntch and smell and connect to our country and be thankful for its greatness ❤️

The home school kids coloured in some Wolithiga themed colouring sheets in acknowledgment of us being on Wolithiga county.

They also did some amazing decorations in honour of this month holding National Eucalypt Day - I love their imaginations and enthusiasm!

What a great morning / day ... Now ready to sleep for a few hours 🙈🤣
