FIRE FUNDRAISER

Tragically one of our residents’ homes was gutted by fire today on Christmas Eve. Thankfully neither Faye nor Bob was injured but sadly everything they own has been destroyed. Their Christmas tree and gifts for their family were all lost too. The loving grandparents are devastated, and we’re hoping to help them out with what’s going to be a terribly stressful time.

We’ve set up a fundraiser for them, through Go Fund Me, with donations going directly to the couple. If you can help in any way, it will be truly appreciated.

Two events were scheduled tonight for the band. Unfortunately fire activity caused the cancellation of Esk carols, however, the combined Caloundra-Nambour event at Kookaburra Village went ahead - another great evening of Christmas cheer!
