Lest we forget

Lest we forget. It is the phrase around which Anzac Day commemorations revolve; the raison d’etre of the entire day. And yet, ironically, it seems we are increasingly expected to forget much of the Anzac legacy, particularly where it intersects with matters of race. Most recently, and perhaps most...

Justice Higgins affirms that Aliens have no legal right enforceable in the Courts to come to or to remain in a country to which they do not belong (Affirming Musgrove v Chun Teeong Toy[1891] AC 272 ).

Can then, an alien, who has shown contempt for our laws – walk freely among the population? – Had the Justices of the High Court not been raised in such an outrageously ridiculous cosmopolitan society, they would struggle to even fathom the argument.

The inheritors of the parliamentary system of government, of magna carta and the writ of habeas corpus ought to be stalwart defenders of the principles of English liberty which blesses the citizens of our Australian Commonwealth, it is these principles which are sacred to the birthright of Australia

Across generations, Australian's have toiled to build an inheritance in the form of a great country, where their children live in reasonable comfort and standard of living.

This inheritance, your inheritance, is being taken away from you. The government's immigration policy will erode the Australia our father's and their father's worked so hard to establish.

The ANA encourages you all to be courageous, and speak out about this injustice. Start by sharing this post.

The Governments most effortless tool to appear successful on paper, is Immigration, they pull the lever and the books show economic growth. The fact is, that in doing so they are selling out the Australian citizens standard of living, a metric that far too often plays second fiddle to those of the economy.

Every hard working Australian man of modest means, has the RIGHT to be able to support his family and live in relative comfort in his own home. This is a principle Australia was founded on, and becomes less and less likely as the immigration lever is relied upon.

Speak up.

It is obvious to the ANA (and all true Australians), that the current levels of immigration to our great country, applies extreme burden to our housing, public resources and wage growth. Government immigration policy must change, in order to maintain any semblance of the legacy our fathers and mothers worked their lives for.

This is not a controversial opinion, its an economic and social fact.

There’s two ways of thought in this ever developing ideological milieu. When it comes to the organisation of people; there are crucial discussions to be had as to how it should be done.

There's two ways of thought in this ever developing ideological milieu. When it comes to the organisation of people; there are crucial discussions to be had as to how it should be done. The English civil war was a bloody struggle over the supremacy of the form of governance of a nation of people.

"Note well that your heritage is potentially one of the finest on the face of the earth, and to you: is entrusted the honour and dignity of nation-building on this fine foundation."

Australia Day, formerly known as ANA day was a deliberately organised effort by the Australian Natives' Association to bring about a reoccurring celebration of the rich heritage and progress of our nationality. A Contributor to the West Australian Gnowangerup Times in 1913 had put it best:

Our History

The Australian Natives’ Association (ANA) was a mutual society founded in Melbourne, Australia in April 1871 as the Victorian Natives’ Association. It has since then played an instrumental role in the development of Australia, both by driving policy change for state and federal governments but also by the maintenance of a parallel institution of charity and insurance for Australian natives.

The A.N.A was a driving force behind federation, and the creation of a single, unified border which could be used to stem the tide of Chinese migration into Australia, which throughout the mid-late 19th century caused significant stress for Australian industrial workers and gold-miners. The A.N.A historically too established in its traditions a policy for the betterment of the social, financial and moral health of its members. Today we use the slogan “Every man a king in his own castle, every native a pillar in his community” to enshrine our core values; that every man should be the head of his family, he should be a morally responsible pillar in his local community.

The Australian Natives Association once had a membership in the tens of thousands, and it was only during the sexual and political revolutions of the 1960s that it was discarded by the post-war boomer generation, leaving behind only the empty shell of an insurance company ( which later merged with Manchester Unity ) ; In 2015 it was the mission of some Canberra citizens to re-establish a fraternal organisation in the image and spiritual loyalty to the original members of the Australian Natives Association; and it has been operating ever since – finally in 2018 with the opportunity to formally incorporate and see to the establishment of very real charitable infrastructure to charitably care for our members and the wider Australian native community.
