The 24-hour swim is all about getting behind our young people, making sure they have access to mental health support when they need it most 💙

Every dollar raised through Laps for Life goes to ReachOut Australia to make this support available. So come on down, add to our lap count and donate to great cause 💫

It promises to be a great weekend full of swimming, community spirit and snacks to keep us going through the night of course! 🙌

Catherine is a regular lapper at Manuka Pool, but more importantly, is the brains (and heart ❤️ ) behind the 24-hour swim now in its 5th year! 👏

As a girl from the country, she knows just how important this cause is - making sure mental health support is there when people need it 💙

You might recognise this dynamic duo from around the pool (usually in a lifeguard uniform) who have been training hard 🏊‍♀️

Sisters Keeley Pasfield and Ebony Pasfield have committed to the entire 24 hours hoping to swim 60km between them! 🤯
