🇨🇿🇵🇱 Diskuse o diplomacii na Australian National University (ANU)
Jak vypadá práce velvyslankyně? Jaké jsou výzvy působení v Austrálii a indo-pacifickém regionu? Jak se diplomacie proměnila v průběhu let?
Na tyto i další otázky odpovídala velvyslankyně ČR v Austrálii Jana Tyrer společně s chargé d’affaires a.i. Polska Karolinou Cemkou během setkání se studenty na ANU Centre for European Studies.
Setkání, které zorganizovali studenti společně s Katarzynou Williams, zástupkyní ředitelky Centre for European Studies, bylo příležitostí hovořit o diplomacii, studiu v Evropě a budoucnosti mezinárodních vztahů.
Potěšil nás také milý český prvek – jedna ze studentek přinesla švestkový koláč připravený podle receptu své české babičky. 🇨🇿

What does the work of an Ambassador look like? What are the challenges of working in Australia and the Indo-Pacific region? How has diplomacy evolved over the years?
These were among the questions answered by Czech Ambassador to Australia Jana Tyrer, together with Poland’s Chargé d’Affaires a.i. Karolina Cemka, during a meeting with students at the ANU Centre for European Studies.
The event, organised by students together with Katarzyna Williams, Deputy Director of the Centre for European Studies, provided an opportunity to talk about diplomacy, studying in Europe, and the future of international relations.
We were also delighted by a lovely Czech touch – one of the students brought a traditional Czech plum cake prepared according to her Czech grandmother’s recipe. 🇨🇿
