(English below) เมื่อวันที่ ๒๖ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๙ เวลา ๑๔.๐๐ น. สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงแคนเบอร์รา พร้อมด้วยสำนักงานทีมประเทศไทย ณ กรุงแคนเบอร์รา ได้ร่วมกันทำกิจกรรม "จิตอาสา เราทำความดี ด้วยหัวใจ" บำเพ็ญสาธารณประโยชน์และบำเพ็ญสาธารณกุศลเนื่องในวันคล้ายวันพระราชสมภพสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง และวันแม่แห่งชาติ ๑๒ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๙ โดยจัดกิจกรรม “ชั่วโมงหรรษากับสถานเอกอัครราชทูตไทย” (Happy Hour with the Royal Thai Embassy) เพื่อสร้างความสดใสร่าเริง แบ่งปันข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับประวัติศาสตร์ความสัมพันธ์ไทย-ออสเตรเลีย โดยเฉพาะในระดับราชวงศ์ของไทย หลักการและแนวทางจิตอาสา รวมทั้งนำเสนอศิลปะและวัฒนธรรมไทย แก่ผู้สูงอายุที่พำนักที่บ้านพักผู้สูงอายุ LDK Amberfield Retirement Village, Weston Creek กรุงแคนเบอร์รา

ในโอกาสดังกล่าว นางสาวอาจารี ศรีรัตนบัลล์ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงแคนเบอร์รา ได้กล่าวเปิดกิจกรรม จากนั้น หัวหน้าสำนักงาน ข้าราชการและเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานทีมประเทศไทย ณ กรุงแคนเบอร์รา พร้อมคู่สมรส ได้ร่วมกันทำกิจกรรมซึ่งประกอบด้วยการฉายวีดิทัศน์เกี่ยวกับประเทศไทย การแสดงรำต้นวรเชษฐ์ การแสดงรำไหว้ครูมวยไทยและสาธิตแม่ไม้มวยไทย การขับร้องเพลงโดยจิตอาสา และการรำวงร่วมกัน นอกจากนี้ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ยังได้จัดเตรียมอาหารไทย ขนมไทย และเครื่องดื่มสมุนไพรไทยสำหรับผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมด้วย

สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ จัดกิจกรรมดังกล่าว ณ บ้านพักผู้สูงอายุ LDK Amberfield Retirement Village, Weston Creek กรุงแคนเบอร์รา เป็นครั้งแรก และนับเป็นครั้งแรกเช่นกันที่ LDK Amberfield ได้จัดกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับประเทศไทย ส่งผลให้ได้รับความสนใจจากผู้สูงอายุ ตลอดจนผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ของ LDK Amberfield ที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกว่า ๖๐ คน

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวได้สร้างความประทับใจอย่างยิ่งกับผู้สูงอายุและผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ของ LDK โดย LDK Amberfield ได้แสดงความสนใจที่จะเชิญทีมประเทศไทยให้กลับมาจัดกิจกรรมในลักษณะเดียวกันอีกในอนาคต

On 26 August 2026, the Royal Thai Embassy, together with Team Thailand agencies in Canberra, joined together in a “Good Deeds from the Heart” volunteer activity in remembrance of the Auspicious Occasion of The Birthday of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother and Thailand’s National Mother’s Day (12 August 2026). The activity, entitled “Happy Hour with the Royal Thai Embassy”, was organised to bring joy and happiness to the elderly while providing an opportunity to introduce to the residents of LDK Amberfield Retirement Village, Weston Creek, Canberra the history of Thailand-Australia relation, particularly that of the Thai Royal Family as well as Thai arts and culture.

On this occasion, following opening remarks by H.E. Ms. Arjaree Sriratanaban, Ambassador of Thailand to Australia, all Heads and officials of Team Thailand agencies in Canberra and their spouses joined in the activity which included a video presentation on Thailand, a traditional “Worachet” dance performance, a "Muay Thai" (Thai kickboxing) "Wai Kru" ritual and demonstration of traditional Muay Thai techniques, singing performances by the volunteers and "Rum Wong" group dance with LDK residents. The Royal Thai Embassy also prepared Thai food, Thai desserts, and Thai herbal drinks for the participants to enjoy.

This was the first time that Team Thailand agencies in Canberra organised an event at this venue, as well as the first time that LDK Amberfield had hosted an activity featuring Thailand. The event attracted considerable interest, with approximately 60 elderly residents, as well as LDK Amberfield’s management and staff, participating in the activity.

The activity was very well received and made a strong impression on the elderly residents, as well as the management and staff of LDK Amberfield. LDK Amberfield also expressed its interest in inviting Team Thailand agencies to return and organise similar activities in the future.

(English below) สถาปนิกไทยได้รับรางวัล INDE.Awards 2026 ในสาขา The Health & Wellbeing Space จากการประกาศรางวัลด้านสถาปัตยกรรมและการออกแบบที่ครอบคลุมภูมิภาคอินโดแปซิฟิก

บริษัท HAS design and research ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทสถาปัตยกรรมและออกแบบภายในของไทยได้รับรางวัล Honourable Mention ในสาขา The Health & Wellbeing Space จากผลงาน “High Line Bangkok” จากการประกาศรางวัล INDE.Awards 2026 ซึ่งให้รางวัลผู้มีผลงานด้านสถาปัตยกรรมและการออกแบบที่ครอบคลุมภูมิภาคอินโดแปซิฟิก โดยมีการประกาศรางวัลภายในงาน INDE.Awards Gala ครั้งที่ ๑๐ ณ นครเมลเบิร์น เมื่อวันที่ ๓๐ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๖๙

ผลงาน “High Line Bangkok” เป็นศาลาต้นแบบภายใต้แนวคิด Zero Waste ที่นำโครงสร้างพื้นฐานในเมืองของกรุงเทพมหานครมาปรับเปลี่ยนให้เป็นพื้นที่สาธารณะที่สร้างสรรค์และเอื้อต่อการใช้งาน โดยมุ่งส่งเสริมสุขภาวะและคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนผ่านงานออกแบบ โครงการได้นำเสาไฟส่องสว่างริมถนน ซึ่งเป็นองค์ประกอบทั่วไปของโครงสร้างพื้นฐานในเมือง มาประยุกต์ใช้ใหม่ให้กลายเป็นพื้นที่สำหรับการพบปะและทำกิจกรรมร่วมกันของประชาชน สะท้อนแนวคิดการนำสิ่งที่มีอยู่เดิมกลับมาใช้ประโยชน์ในรูปแบบใหม่ พร้อมเชื่อมโยงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของเมืองเข้ากับคุณภาพชีวิตและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีของชุมชน

“High Line Bangkok” ยังผสานแนวคิดด้านการออกแบบที่ตอบสนองต่อสภาพภูมิอากาศเขตร้อนของประเทศไทย โดยใช้การระบายอากาศตามธรรมชาติ ร่มเงา และผ้าไทยที่สามารถนำกลับมารีไซเคิลในท้องถิ่น เพื่อสร้างพื้นที่กึ่งกลางแจ้งที่เหมาะสมกับการใช้งานและช่วยส่งเสริมทั้งการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางกายภาพและการมีส่วนร่วมทางสังคม

รางวัล INDE.Awards เป็นรางวัลด้านสถาปัตยกรรมและการออกแบบระดับภูมิภาคอินโดแปซิฟิก จัดโดย Indesign Media Asia Pacific เพื่อยกย่องผลงานสถาปัตยกรรม การออกแบบ ผลิตภัณฑ์ ตลอดจนบุคลากรที่มีความโดดเด่นและสะท้อนบริบทของภูมิภาค โดยรางวัลดังกล่าวให้ความสำคัญไม่เพียงต่อความสวยงามของผลงาน แต่ยังพิจารณาถึงความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม การตอบสนองต่อบริบททางวัฒนธรรมและพื้นที่ ความยั่งยืน ประสบการณ์และความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน ตลอดจนผลกระทบที่งานออกแบบสามารถสร้างต่อสังคมและภูมิภาค

HAS design and research from Thailand received INDE.Awards 2026 Honourable Mention in The Health & Wellbeing Space Category

On 30 July 2026, HAS design and research, a Thai architecture and interior design firm, received an Honourable Mention in The Health & Wellbeing Space category for its project “High Line Bangkok” at the INDE.Awards 2026. The awards ceremony was held during the 10th INDE.Awards Gala in Melbourne. The INDE.Awards are architecture and design awards programme dedicated for an Indo-Pacific region.

“High Line Bangkok” is a pavilion developed under the Zero Waste concept, transforming existing infrastructure in Bangkok into a creative and functional public space. The project seeks to promote health and wellbeing through design by repurposing street lighting poles, a common element of the city’s infrastructure, into a space for people to meet and engage in activities. The project reflects the concept of giving existing urban elements a new purpose while connecting urban infrastructure with the quality of life and wellbeing of people in the community.

The “High Line Bangkok” project also incorporates designs that suites Thailand’s climate, including natural ventilation, shading, and recyclable textiles, to create a semi-outdoor space that is comfortable and suitable to the local climate and environment. These elements help encourage physical interaction and social engagement among locals.

The INDE.Awards is organised by Indesign Media Asia Pacific, recognising architecture, design, products and individuals that reflect the context of the Indo-Pacific region. The awards emphasises not only on beauty, but also on creativity and innovation, responsiveness to cultural and spatial contexts, sustainability, users' experience and needs, and the social and regional impact of design.

Receiving an Honourable Mention at the INDE.Awards 2026 is a significant achievement that reflects the potential, creativity and growing international recognition of Thai architects and the Thai architectural sector. It also shows the ability of Thai designers to develop innovative concepts and works that integrate urban, environmental, cultural and social dimensions to respond to contemporary challenges and enhance people’s quality of life.

The Royal Thai Embassy congratulates Mr. Jenchieh Hung and Ms. Kulthida Songkittipakdee from HAS design and research on this special achievement.

(English below) เมื่อ ๒๕ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๙ นางสาวอาจารี ศรีรัตนบัลล์ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงแคนเบอร์รา พร้อมด้วย นาวาอากาศเอกเนาวมรัตน์ ประพัฒน์ทอง ผู้ช่วยทูตฝ่ายทหารและทหารอากาศ และพันเอกธีระชัย ศึกเสือ ผู้ช่วยทูตฝ่ายทหารบก พร้อมด้วยคู่สมรส ได้เข้าร่วมพิธีสวนสนามในโอกาสการสำเร็จการศึกษาของนักเรียนนายร้อยวิทยาลัยการทหารดันทรูน ซึ่งนาง Sam Mostyn ผู้สำเร็จราชการแห่งเครือรัฐออสเตรเลีย เป็นประธาน และมีผู้บัญชาการทหารสูงสุด ตลอดจนผู้บัญชาการทหารบก ทหารเรือ และทหารอากาศของออสเตรเลียเข้าร่วมด้วย โดยในโอกาสดังกล่าว เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้ร่วมแสดงความยินดีกับนักเรียนนายร้อยจากประเทศไทยที่จบการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ซึ่งมีจำนวน ๑ นาย

On 25 August 2026, H.E. Ms. Arjaree Sriratanaban, Ambassador of Thailand to Australia, together with Group Captain Nawamarat Prapattong, Defence and Air Attaché, and Colonel Theerachai Suksua, Army Attaché, together with his spouse, attended the Full Time Officer Commissioning Course Graduation Parade at the Royal Military College - Duntroon. The ceremony was presided over by H.E. The Honourable Sam Mostyn AC, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia. Also attended were the Chief of the Australian Defence Force, Chief of the Australian Army, Chief of the Royal Australian Navy, and Chief of the Royal Australian Air Force. The Ambassador also met and extended her congratulations to a Thai army officer cadet graduating on this occasion.

(English below) เมื่อวันที่ ๒๐ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๙ เวลา ๑๕.๓๐ น. นางสาวอาจารี ศรีรัตนบัลล์ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงแคนเบอร์รา พร้อมด้วยข้าราชการสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม “Embassy Circuit” ซึ่งจัดโดย Australian Institute of International Affairs (AIIA) ณ ที่ทำการสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ

ในการนี้ เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้บรรยายและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นกับคณะ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยแห่งชาติออสเตรเลีย (Australian National University – ANU) นักเรียนจากสถานศึกษาต่างๆ และเจ้าหน้าที่ของ AIIA ในประเด็นเกี่ยวกับความสัมพันธ์ไทย-ออสเตรเลียที่มีมาอย่างยาวนานและพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง รวมถึงความร่วมมือในด้านต่าง ๆ และบทบาทของไทยและออสเตรเลีย ในการส่งเสริมการพัฒนา ความมั่นคง และสันติภาพในภูมิภาคอินโด-แปซิฟิก ตลอดจนโอกาสด้านการศึกษาและความสนใจในอาชีพในประเทศไทย รวมถึงงานด้านการต่างประเทศ สำหรับเยาวชนออสเตรเลีย

กิจกรรม “Embassy Circuit” นี้เป็นโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้แลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองและเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับประเทศไทยโดยตรงจากสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ รวมถึงเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับบทบาทและงานของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตในการดำเนินความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างไทยกับออสเตรเลียในมิติต่าง ๆ โดยกิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นภายหลังการเยือนออสเตรเลียอย่างเป็นทางการของนายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกุล นายกรัฐมนตรี จึงเป็นจังหวะและโอกาสอันดีในการแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเกี่ยวกับพัฒนาการล่าสุดของความสัมพันธ์ไทย–ออสเตรเลีย และการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประชาชน นอกจากนี้ คณะยังได้เยี่ยมชมและรับฟังข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับประวัติความเป็นมาของที่ทำการสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ด้วย

On 20 August 2026, H.E. Ms. Arjaree Sriratanaban, Ambassador of Thailand to Australia, together with officials of the Royal Thai Embassy in Canberra, welcomed participants of the “Embassy Circuit” activity organised by the Australian Institute of International Affairs (AIIA) at the Embassy.

On this occasion, Ambassador gave a briefing and exchanged views with the participants, comprising students from the Australian National University (ANU) and other schools as well as AIIA staff, on various topics, including the longstanding Thailand–Australia relationship, bilateral cooperation in various areas, the roles Thailand and Australia play in promoting peace, security and prosperity in the Indo-Pacific region, as well as educational and career opportunities including in foreign affairs for interested young Australians.

The “Embassy Circuit” activity provided an opportunity for participants to gain first-hand information on Thailand, as well as to learn about the role of the Royal Thai Embassy in advancing Thailand–Australia relations. The activity was held following the official visit to Australia by H.E. Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister of Thailand, providing an opportunity to discuss and learn about the latest developments in Thailand–Australia relations and the promotion of people-to-people ties. The participants also visited and learned about the history of the Embassy’s premises.

เมื่อวันที่ ๑๔ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๙ นางสาวอาจารี ศรีรัตนบัลล์ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงแคนเบอร์รา ได้เข้าพบหารือกับนาง Meghan Quinn PSM ปลัดกระทรวงกลาโหมออสเตรเลีย ณ กระทรวงกลาโหมออสเตรเลีย โดยพลเรือเอก Mark Hammond AO RAN ผู้บัญชาการทหารสูงสุดออสเตรเลีย รวมทั้งนาวาอากาศเอก เนาวมรัตน์ ประพัฒน์ทอง ผู้ช่วยทูตฝ่ายทหารและทหารอากาศ เข้าร่วมด้วย

ทั้งสองฝ่ายยินดีกับความสัมพันธ์ที่ใกล้ชิดในฐานะหุ้นส่วนยุทธศาสตร์ระหว่างไทยกับออสเตรเลีย และพูดคุยถึงแนวทางกระชับและเพิ่มพูนความร่วมมือด้านการป้องกันประเทศ รวมถึงการส่งเสริมการหารือในกรอบและระดับต่าง ๆ การแลกเปลี่ยน การฝึกร่วมระหว่างเหล่าทัพ ตลอดจนการศึกษาและฝึกอบรม นอกจากนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์และพัฒนาการในภูมิภาคและระหว่างประเทศที่มีความสนใจร่วมกันด้วย

เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ยังได้แสดงความยินดีกับปลัดกระทรวงกลาโหมและผู้บัญชาการทหารสูงสุดออสเตรเลียในโอกาสเข้ารับตำแหน่งเมื่อเดือนพฤษภาคมและกรกฎาคมที่ผ่านมาด้วย

On 14 August 2026, H.E. Ms. Arjaree Sriratanaban, Ambassador of Thailand to Australia, met with Ms. Meghan Quinn PSM, Secretary of the Department of Defence of Australia. Also joined the meeting were Admiral Mark Hammond AO RAN, Chief of the Australian Defence Force, and Group Captain Nawamarat Prapattong, Defence and Air Attaché.

Both sides welcomed the close relations between Thailand and Australia as Strategic Partners and discussed ways to strengthen and enhance defence cooperation, including through dialogue, exchanges, exercises and education and training. They also exchanged views on regional and international developments and issues of mutual interest.

On this occasion, the Ambassador also congratulated both Secretary Quinn and Admiral Hammond on their appointment as Secretary of the Department of Defence and Chief of the Australian Defence Force in May and July 2026 respectively.

เมื่อวันที่ 12 ส.ค. 2569 ภายหลังพิธียื่นพระราชสาส์นตราตั้งต่อผู้สำเร็จราชการแห่งหมู่เกาะโซโลมอน นางสาวอาจารี ศรีรัตนบัลล์ เอกอัครราชทูตประจำหมู่เกาะโซโลมอน ถิ่นพำนัก ณ กรุงแคนเบอร์รา ได้เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะนาย Matthew Cooper Wale นายกรัฐมนตรีหมู่เกาะโซโลมอน และนาย Ricky Nelson Houenipwela รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศหมู่เกาะโซโลมอน เพื่อหารือเกี่ยวกับแนวทางในการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างกันเพื่อผลประโยชน์ร่วมกันของทั้งสองฝ่าย โดยเฉพาะการศึกษาและสาธารณสุข ซึ่งเป็นสาขาที่รัฐบาลปัจจุบันของหมู่เกาะโซโลมอนให้ความสำคัญเป็นลำดับต้น รวมทั้งสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่มีศักยภาพ อาทิ การท่องเที่ยว การประมง การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่น และพลังงานทดแทน นอกจากนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายเห็นพ้องที่จะส่งเสริมความร่วมมือในเวทีระหว่างประเทศ อาทิ กรอบการประชุมผู้นำหมู่เกาะแปซิฟิก (Pacific Islands Forum - PIF) กรอบการประชุมไทย-หมู่เกาะแปซิฟิก (Thailand-Pacific Island Countries Forum) ตลอดจนความร่วมมือระหว่างอาเซียนกับ PIF

เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ยังได้ใช้โอกาสการเยือนหมู่เกาะโซโลมอนในครั้งนี้ พบหารือกับ (1) นาย Jeffrey Roach เอกอัครราชทูตออสเตรเลียประจำหมู่เกาะโซโลมอน (2) นาย Cai Weiming เอกอัครราชทูตจีนประจำหมู่เกาะโซโลมอน (3) นาย Daniel O’Hara อุปทูต สถานเอกอัครราชทูตสหรัฐอเมริกาประจำหมู่เกาะโซโลมอน เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความเป็นไปของหมู่เกาะโซโลมอนกับคณะทูนานุทูตในพื้นที่ และความร่วมมือ/โครงการของประเทศเหล่านี้ในหมู่เกาะโซโลมอน และ (4) นาย Allan Rahari รองเลขาธิการองค์กรการประมงหมู่เกาะแปซิฟิก เพื่อแสวงหาลู่ทางให้ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาด้านประมงแก่ประเทศหมู่เกาะแปซิฟิกผ่านองค์กรดังกล่าว

Following the presentation of her Letter of Credence to the Governor General of Solomon Islands on 12 August 2026, H.E. Ms. Arjaree Sriratanaban, Ambassador of Thailand to Solomon Islands with residence in Canberra, paid courtesy calls on the Hon. Matthew Cooper Wale, Prime Minister of Solomon Islands, and the Hon. Rick Nelson Houenipwela, Minister for Foreign Affairs and External Trade of Solomon Islands. The discussions focused on ways to further promote bilateral cooperation for mutual benefits of both countries, particularly in the areas of education and public health, which are key priorities of Solomon Islands government. Both sides also agreed to explore possibility for collaboration in other potentials areas, including tourism, fisheries, development of local products, and renewable energy, as well as cooperation in multilateral fora such as Pacific Islands Forum (PIF), Thailand-Pacific Island Countries Forum, and cooperation between ASEAN and PIF.

While in Honiara, the Ambassador also met with members of diplomatic corps, namely (1) Mr. Jeffrey Roach, Australian High Commissioner to Solomon Island, (2) H.E. Mr. Cai Weiming, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Solomon Islands, and (3) Mr. Daniel O’Hara, Chargé d’Affaires a.i., Embassy of the United States in Solomon Islands, to exchange views on recent developments as well as their countries’ cooperation with and projects in Solomon Islands. In addition, the Ambassador met with Mr. Allan Rahari, Deputy Director-General, Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency (FFA) to explore potential areas for cooperation in fisheries sector for the benefits of Pacific Island countries as a whole.

(English below) ในโอกาสการเยือนออสเตรเลียอย่างเป็นทางการของนายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล นายกรัฐมนตรี ระหว่างวันที่ ๑๗ - ๒๐ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๙ นายกรัฐมนตรีได้พบปะและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นกับภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ ของออสเตรเลีย ทั้งภาคเอกชน ภาควิชาการ และชุมชนไทย เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือในมิติต่าง ๆ และกระชับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างไทยกับออสเตรเลียให้แน่นแฟ้นยิ่งขึ้น
ในด้านปฏิสัมพันธ์กับภาคเอกชน นายกรัฐมนตรีได้เข้าร่วมและกล่าวปาฐกถาในงาน Thailand-Australia Investment and Business Partnership Reception ที่นครซิดนีย์ ซึ่งเปิดโอกาสให้ภาคเอกชนของทั้งสองประเทศได้พบปะและสร้างเครือข่ายเพื่อผลักดันความร่วมมือด้านการค้าและการลงทุนระหว่างกัน รวมทั้งเยี่ยมชมบริษัท Canva ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทเทคโนโลยีชั้นนำของออสเตรเลียที่นครซิดนีย์ นอกจากนี้ ที่กรุงแคนเบอร์รา ภายหลังการหารือทวิภาคีและแถลงข่าวร่วมกับนาย Anthony Albanese นายกรัฐมนตรีออสเตรเลียแล้ว นายกรัฐมนตรีพร้อมด้วยคณะรัฐมนตรียังได้ร่วมกับนายกรัฐมนตรีออสเตรเลียพบปะทักทายกับนักธุรกิจเอกชนไทยที่เดินทางมาร่วมกับคณะทางการและเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Investors Roundtable ซึ่งจัดขึ้นที่รัฐสภาออสเตรเลีย เพื่อส่งเสริมโอกาสด้านการค้าและการลงทุนโดยมีนาย Don Farrell รัฐมนตรีกระทรวงการค้าและการท่องเที่ยวออสเตรเลียเข้าร่วมด้วย
ในด้านวิชาการ นายกรัฐมนตรีได้กล่าวสุนทรพจน์แสดงวิสัยทัศน์ที่สถาบัน Lowy Institute นครซิดนีย์ ในหัวข้อ “Beyond the Thailand-Australia Bilateral Partnership: Advancing International Order through Regional and Minilateral Cooperation” โดยเน้นความสำคัญของความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาคและความเป็นหุ้นส่วนที่ยืดหยุ่น ท่ามกลางความเปลี่ยนแปลงของระเบียบโลก
นอกจากนี้ นายกรัฐมนตรียังได้พบปะกับชุมชนไทยในออสเตรเลีย และรับฟังความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของชุมชนไทยในการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประชาชน ตลอดจนขอบคุณชุมชนไทยที่มีส่วนสำคัญในการสร้างความเข้าใจอันดีและความใกล้ชิดระหว่างสองประเทศ โดยนายกรัฐมนตรีได้เยี่ยมชมย่าน Thai Town และธุรกิจร้านค้าไทยในพื้นที่ที่นครซิดนีย์ โดยมีนาง Clover Moore นายกเทศมนตรีนครซิดนีย์ ให้การต้อนรับ สำหรับที่กรุงแคนเบอร์รา นายกรัฐมนตรีได้เยือนวัดธัมมธโรซึ่งเป็นวัดไทยแห่งแรกและแห่งเดียวในกรุงแคนเบอร์รา ก่อตั้งมานานกว่า ๓๐ ปี และเป็นศูนย์รวมจิตใจสำคัญของชุมชนไทยในออสเตรเลีย พร้อมร่วมปลูกต้นแมกโนเลีย “Inspiration” เป็นที่ระลึกสำหรับการเยือนในครั้งนี้ โดยมี ดร. During the official visit of H.E. Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister of Thailand, to Australia from 17-20 August 2026, the Prime Minister engaged with various sectors of Australian society, including the private sector, academia and the Thai community, to promote cooperation across various dimensions and further strengthen Thailand-Australia relations.

To promote deepened economic engagement, the Prime Minister attended and delivered remarks at Thailand-Australia Investment and Business Partnership Reception in Sydney, an event which provided an opportunity for the private sectors of both countries to connect and build networks for further cooperation. He also visited Canva, a leading Australian technology company. In Canberra, following their bilateral meetings and joint press conference, the Prime Minister, together with accompanying Ministers, joined The Honourable Anthony Albanese MP in meeting with Thai business representatives who participated in an Investors Roundtable held at the Australian Parliament to promote trade and investment opportunities. Senator the Honourable Don Farrell, Minister for Trade and Tourism, also attended the roundtable.

The Prime Minister also delivered a speech during an event at the Lowy Institute in Sydney on “Beyond the Thailand-Australia Bilateral Partnership: Advancing International Order through Regional and Minilateral Cooperation,” highlighting the importance of regional cooperation and flexible partnerships amid uncertainties and changes in the international order.

In addition, Prime Minister Anutin met with members of the Thai community in Australia, listening to their views on the community’s role in promoting people-to-people ties. He expressed his appreciation to the Thai community for its important contribution to fostering mutual understanding and closer relations between Thailand and Australia. In Sydney, the Prime Minister visited Thai Town and Thai-owned businesses in the area, where he was welcomed by The Rt Honourable Clover Moore AO. Lord Mayor of Sydney. In Canberra, the Prime Minister visited Wat Dhammadharo, the first and only Thai Buddhist temple in Canberra, where he planted a Magnolia “Inspiration” tree to commemorate the visit. The temple, which was established more than 30 years ago, has served as an important spiritual and community centre for the Thai community in Australia. The Honourable Dr. Ann Aly, MP Minister, for Multicultural Affairs, Small Business and International Development, also participated in the event.

(English below) เมื่อวันที่ ๑๗ - ๒๐ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๙ นายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล นายกรัฐมนตรีเดินทางเยือนออสเตรเลียอย่างเป็นทางการ ตามคำเชิญของนายแอนโทนี แอลบานีซี นายกรัฐมนตรีออสเตรเลีย เพื่อกระชับความสัมพันธ์ทางยุทธศาสตร์และปูทางสู่การเฉลิมฉลองการครบรอบ ๗๕ ปี ความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตระหว่างไทย-ออสเตรเลีย ในปี ๒๕๗๐
ในโอกาสนี้ นายกรัฐมนตรีได้พบหารือข้อราชการกับนายกรัฐมนตรีออสเตรเลีย พร้อมด้วยรัฐมนตรีที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยครอบคลุม ๔ สาขาสำคัญ ได้แก่ (๑) ด้านการเมือง และความมั่นคง (๒) เศรษฐกิจการค้าและนวัตกรรม (๓) ด้านวัฒนธรรมและความสัมพันธ์ระดับประชาชน (๔) ด้านความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาคและพหุภาคี โดยนายกรัฐมนตรีทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ร่วมลงนามในแถลงการณ์ร่วมเพื่อส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ ๒ ฉบับ ได้แก่ แถลงการณ์ร่วมว่าด้วยการปราบปรามอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ และแถลงการร่วมว่าด้วยความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจ รวมทั้งยินดีกับการลงนามในเอกสารแผนปฏิบัติการร่วมว่าด้วยความเป็นหุ้นส่วนทางยุทธศาสตร์ระหว่างไทยกับออสเตรเลีย ปี ค.ศ. ๒๐๒๖ - ๒๐๒๙ โดยรัฐมนตรีต่างประเทศของทั้งสองฝ่าย
นอกจากนี้ นายกรัฐมนตรียังได้เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะนางแซม มอสติน ผู้สำเร็จราชการแห่งเครือรัฐออสเตรเลีย และนางมาร์กาเร็ต บีซลีย์ ผู้สำเร็จราชการแห่งรัฐนิวเซาท์เวลส์ รวมทั้งวางพวงมาลาเพื่อไว้อาลัยแด่ทหารออสเตรเลียที่เสียชีวิตในการปฏิบัติภารกิจสงครามในพื้นที่ต่าง ๆ ณ อนุสรณ์สถานสงครามเครือรัฐออสเตรเลีย และเยี่ยมชมองค์การวิจัยทางวิทยาศาสตร์และอุตสาหกรรมแห่งเครือรัฐ (CSIRO) โดยได้เป็นสักขีพยานในพิธีลงนามหนังสือแสดงเจตจำนงว่าด้วยความร่วมมือระหว่างสำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ กับ CSIRO ด้วย
ทั้งนี้ ในห้วงการเยือนออสเตรเลียของนายกรัฐมนตรีครั้งนี้ นายสีหศักดิ์ พวงเกตุแก้ว รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศได้พบหารือทวิภาคีกับนางเพนนี หว่อง รัฐมนตรีต่างประเทศออสเตรเลีย โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือแนวทางการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างไทยกับออสเตรเลียในสาขาต่าง ๆ และแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์ในภูมิภาคที่มีความสนใจร่วมกัน

On 17–20 August 2026, H.E. Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister of Thailand, paid an official visit to Australia at the invitation of The Honourable Anthony Albanese, Prime Minister of Australia, to strengthen the strategic relationship and pave the way for celebrating the 75th anniversary of Thailand-Australia relations in 2027.

On this occasion, Prime Minister Anutin had a bilateral discussion with Prime Minister Albanese covering four key areas: (1) politics and security; (2) economy, trade, and innovation; (3) culture and people-to-people relations; and (4) regional and multilateral cooperation. The two Prime Ministers signed two important documents namely a Joint Statement on Transnational Crime and a Joint Statement on Economic Cooperation. They also welcomed the Joint Plan of Action to Implement the Strategic Partnership Between the Kingdom of Thailand and Australia 2026 to 2029" signed by the foreign ministers of both sides.

In addition, the Prime Minister paid courtesy calls on H.E. the Honourable Sam Mostyn AC, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, and H.E. the Honourable Ms. Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales. He also laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldiers at the Australian War Memorial and visited the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), where he witnessed the signing of the Letter of Intent between the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) and CSIRO for furthering scientific cooperation.

During the visit, H.E. Mr Sihasak Phuangketkaow, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs held a bilateral discussion with Senator the Honourable Penny Wong, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Australia. They discussed ways to further strengthen cooperation across various sectors between the two countries and exchanged views on regional issues of mutual interest.
