ANZAC Day 2026 🇦🇺 🌺
As we mark ANZAC Day, we pause to honour the service and sacrifice of all Australians and New Zealanders who have served.
This year marks the 111th anniversary of the Gallipoli landings — a moment that continues to define the spirit of bravery, endurance and mateship carried by generations of servicemen and women, reflecting the enduring values of service, courage, respect, integrity and excellence that continue to guide the Australian Defence Force today.
While history often focuses on those on the front line, every operation has reinforced a fundamental truth: success is underpinned by effective logistics. From Gallipoli to contemporary operations, sustaining the force has always been decisive.
For the Joint Logistics Command workforce, today is also an opportunity to reflect on the vital role logisticians have played, and continue to play, in supporting and enabling operations. Our mission to deliver theatre logistics to the Integrated Force in competition and conflict remains as relevant today as ever.
We recognise the collective contribution of our integrated force; our uniformed members, APS employees and contractors whose dedication, teamwork and respect for one another ensure the ADF remains ready.
Today, we remember those who have served, reflect on the legacy they have entrusted to us, and acknowledge the role we each play in supporting Australia’s defence — past, present and future.
Lest We Forget.
