A huge THANK YOU to all of our students and families who supported our Footy Colours Day fundraiser! 💙

Together, we raised an amazing $160 for the Fight Cancer Foundation, helping to support children and families impacted by cancer.

Thank you to everyone who purchased raffle tickets, wore their footy colours and got behind such an important cause. We are so grateful for the generosity of our CCS community! 🫶

💙 Learning Support Staff Appreciation Week 💙

This week, we celebrate and say a huge THANK YOU to our incredible Learning Support Staff across both our Junior Campus and Senior Campus.

Every day, our Learning Support Staff work alongside students and teachers to support learning, build confidence, encourage independence and help every young person feel included, valued and supported.

Your patience, flexibility, care and commitment make a difference in our classrooms and across our whole school community - often in ways that may not always be seen.

To all our wonderful Learning Support Staff at CCS, thank you for everything you do and for the positive impact you have on our students each and every day. 🌟

Today, five of our Year 6 student leaders have had the fantastic opportunity to attend the Student Minister’s Congress, joining other young leaders to share ideas, perspectives and experiences.

Throughout the day, they have taken part in discussions around a range of important topics, including media literacy and AI, transitions and future careers, and creating change through student voice, giving them the chance to have their voices heard on issues that matter to young people.

We are incredibly proud of the way our student leaders continue to represent CCS - contributing thoughtfully, listening to others and embracing the opportunity to learn alongside fellow student leaders. 💙

This year there will also be a FOOTY COLOURS DAY RAFFLE. There will be some fantastic prizes up for grabs, including:

Tickets:

🌱 Planting roots and growing towards the future 🌳

Today, our Year 6 students planted a special tree at our Senior Campus as they prepare for the exciting transition to high school.

Just like this tree, our students have spent their primary years growing, learning and becoming stronger, and soon they’ll be ready to branch out into the next chapter of their school journey. 💚

We look forward to watching both the tree and our Year 6 students continue to grow during their four years of high school, and beyond! 🌿✨

JUNIOR CAMPUS - FOOTY COLOURS DAY IS COMING!

Get ready to show your team spirit and wear your favourite footy colours for Footy Colours Day this Friday, the 4th of September ❤️💙💚💛

Footy Colours Day is a national fundraising initiative by the Fight Cancer Foundation, bringing thousands of Aussies together each September to proudly sport their team’s colours and raise money to help ensure kids don’t fight cancer alone. 💛

This year there will also be a FOOTY COLOURS DAY RAFFLE. There will be some fantastic prizes up for grabs, including:

🍭 Lollies
