PROPOSED STANDARDISED PARKING REQUIREMENTS- INDUSTRIAL AREAS

Link WA (cities of Swan, Kalamunda, Belmont and Canning) are investigating a more consistent approach to parking standards within our industrial areas.
Current industrial parking requirements in each local government differ slightly, which results in varied development outcomes and in some cases underutilised industrial land.
