CENTENARY CELEBRATIONS!!

Friday 31 July - Lamington National Park’s centenary at Green Mountains section. This day is the park’s official centenary date
that will be celebrated with the opening of the refurbished Green Mountains Information Centre, as well as guided walks to key locations in the park. Evening events are being held at the O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat for guests staying overnight.

Saturday 1 August - Lamington National Park’s centenary events at Binna Burra section. A celebration of the park’s dedicated staff, past and present and key families throughout the park’s history will be held. The recently refurbished Binna Burra Information Centre will be officially opened at 10am. Guest speakers will present an insight into the park’s history and guided walks will take place during the day. The Lamington Natural History Association will have displays and information about the Natural History Association on the day.
