Since our beginning in 1972, we have spent years refining and developing our unique program, and have had thousands of swimmers experience the Paul Sadler Swimland way of learning to swim. If you’ve never had swimming lessons and feel a bit worried about the water – don’t worry, we’ve got your back!

In our beginner lessons we start from scratch – so you can build confidence and you don’t need to have any experience to be able to get started. Our expert teachers will be with you in the water to guide you through basic water familiarisation, which includes breath regulation, flotation, kicking, body position/control – all important steps to develop strokes later on in our program.

Survival techniques are an important part of our entire program, so in these beginner classes we will introduce you to treading water, jumping in and how to recover to the side of the pool.

We are excited to be raising funds for Speak & Share through our VIP Parking raffle.

Speak & Share is an Australian non-profit organization focused on changing the community culture around mental health by challenging stigma and promoting open conversations. Through programs in schools, workplaces, and sporting clubs, and by hosting community events, they aim to equip people with tools and resources for mental well-being, fostering a more supportive environment where individuals don't feel isolated in their mental health journeys.

A lucky family from every session of the week will receive this great prize.

Our Parent Child program have been designed to allow all babies to be extended in the appropriate way for their; age, developmental readiness, and ability.

At Paul Sadler Swimland, we know superheroes don’t always wear capes… sometimes they wear a rashie, goggles, and a big encouraging smile.

Every week, our Teachers jump in the water with their swimmers, guiding them stroke by stroke, building confidence, and most importantly—helping to keep children safer around water. That’s real superhero work.

From first splashes to independent swimming, they’re right there in the pool—supporting, reassuring, and celebrating every little win along the way. Because in Learn to Swim, every skill learned is a step towards saving lives.
