Swimming programs at CHRG Sports & Wellness Club for every stage - from babies and learn to swim through to stroke development and squad training, building confidence one stroke at a time. Our Program is designed with a series of graded class levels that enable children to develop and practice key techniques and skills. Our extensive teacher training and recruitment program ensures excellent teacher standards and this, along with our back up teachers and on deck Supervisors, delivers an outstanding learning environment for children. Swimming Holiday Programs are back! 🏊

Keep the momentum going these School Holidays with our Swimming Holiday Program, running from Monday 28th September to Friday 2nd October.

With options for Stage 3 through to Aquamarine Squad, these are focused sessions to help build confidence, improve technique and fast-track progress.

Stages 3–7 | Private & Group Lessons:
✨ Private Lessons
- 5-day intensive program with tailored instruction to help develop individual skills and technique.
- $360 for 5 days
✨Group Lessons
- Small group sessions with up to 4 students per class.
- $110 for 5 days

Stage 8 - Aquamarine | Race Skills & Stroke Clinics:
✨1-hour specialist clinics
- Focused on stroke development & racing skills
- Choose from freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, individual medley and race skills.
- $30 per session

Preschool Water Safety Week is coming! 🏊💦

For our Preschool program, we encourage all students to take part in Water Safety Week. During these classes, kids will have the opportunity to practise important water safety skills while building confidence in and around the water.

Throughout the week, children will learn about water safety, awareness and confidence through a variety of fun and engaging activities.

Kids are encouraged to wear clothes such as their favourite tracksuit or pyjamas, helping them practise important water safety skills while fully clothed.

Water safety starts early 💦🏊

From as young as 4 months, our Preschool Learn to Swim program helps little ones build water confidence, develop essential water safety skills and create positive lifelong habits in and around the water.

With guided play and gentle progression, every lesson is designed to help children learn, grow and feel confident in the water, while giving parents peace of mind.

Plus, babies aged 4–5 months can enjoy a free introductory classes.

This Homelessness Week (3–9 August), CHRG is proud to be supporting Parramatta Mission's Emergency Hamper Drive, helping provide essential items to people in our community experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

We're inviting our community to join us by donating a few everyday essentials. Throughout the week, donation boxes will be available in the foyers of all CHRG venues.

Most needed items include:

🛒 Food
• Long life milk
• Instant noodles
• Pasta & pasta sauce
• Cereal
• Fruit cups

🧼 Toiletries
• Soap
• Toothpaste & toothbrushes
• Travel-size shampoo & conditioner
• Deodorant

🧦 Clothing
• New socks (all sizes)
• New underwear (all sizes)

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help Parramatta Mission provide emergency hampers to individuals and families facing hardship across Western Sydney.

Together, we can make a meaningful difference in our local community.
