Have you considered the benefits of using a Parcel Locker to pick up your street parcels at Castlecrag Post Office? Especially over the weekend?

On Friday evenings, we may load your street parcel into the Parcel Locker for easy pickup over the weekend - these are typically packages that include a mobile number in the address. In this case, you will receive a text message notification with an access code you will need to pick up from the Locker. The Parcel Lockers are just outside of Castlecrag Post Office.

Now is an excellent time to ensure your passport is ready for a Christmas overseas trip, as many countries require a passport to be valid for at least six months after your planned return date. You should check your passport's expiry and research the specific entry requirements for your destination(s) to avoid being denied entry or flight. We accept passport lodgement and take passport photos, even for the babies.

We are so excited to share that Castlecrag Licensed Post Office has been awarded as Australia Post Licensed Post Office of the year for 2025 at last night’s ceremony in Melbourne. The other fwo finalists are North Perth LPO and Cairnlea LPO in Victory.
Amongst 2900 LPOs nationwide, we are so fortunate to have received such great recognition for all our hard work and dedication, and couldn’t have done it without our amazing customer support base.

Excited to share that your local post office Castlecrag LPO has been proudly selected as a SEMI-FINALIST for Licensed Post Office (LPO) of the year!!
Of the 2900 LPOs in Australia, there are only 10 semi-finalists, with two in NSW - and Castlecrag LPO is the only semi-finalist in Sydney metropolitan area!
Thank you to our wonderful community that has made this possible! We couldn’t have done it without you.

Do you know all the things that your local Post Office can do for you? You might be amazed if you ask, and Leanne and Jason Du at Castlecrag Post Office are here to help you!
Find us at the heart of the Castlecrag community shops in the historic Griffin Centre, Shop 4, 120 Edinburgh Road, Castlecrag. There is a small car-park and street parking, all surrounded by greenery.
We’re professionally trained to help you with returning or posting parcels, lodging passport applications or getting ID photos (no booking required!). Buy your papers, stationery, cards and gifts and send them on the spot with your selection of our packaging. Write your card with us or at the neighbouring café and we will post it for you.
We offer 24/7 accessible parcel locker and PO box services, and the shop is open 9.00-5.00 Monday-Friday.
Need advice? Jason and Leanne have years of experience managing small to medium business and helping them grow their online presence. We post updates about our services on Facebook and Instagram – follow us or feel free to call on 9958 8650 during business hours for any enquiries.
