Castlemaine and District Continuing Education (Administrators Appointed) Closes.

After more than 30 years serving the local community, the Castlemaine Continuing Education (CCE) closed its doors permanently on 15 January 2018. While CCE has had a strong and proud history in the region, significant changes to the education sector as well as shifting community needs and preferences placed the organisation in an untenable financial situation. To facilitate closure, Mr Andrew Hewitt of Grant Thornton Australia Limited was appointed Voluntary Administrator through the voluntary administration process.

For Registered Training Organisation courses, the public is encouraged to contact Bendigo TAFE, Kyneton Community and Learning Centre Inc. and Macedon Ranges Further Education Centre Inc. For general interest courses, please contact Castlemaine Community House.
