🌊 Swimming Enclosure Reopened 🌊

The Swimming Enclosure is now officially reopened and ready for use.

The old netting has been removed — and wow, the amount of marine growth on it was phenomenal, a great reminder of just how healthy and vibrant our local ocean environment is.

A brand new net and all new buoys have now been installed and are ready for business.

Happy swimming to all our dedicated winter swimmers! ❄️🏊

Please be advised that the Swimming Enclosure will be closed this week while the old net is removed and a new net and buoys are installed.

Thank you for your patience while these important maintenance works are carried out to keep the enclosure safe and enjoyable for everyone. 🌊

Supporting our regional families 💛
We know living in regional and rural areas comes with its own challenges, and access to support isn’t always easy.
Deakin University is currently running the Family Foundations Trial and is looking for families across South Australia to take part.
If you have children aged 0–12 years, you may be eligible to receive free access to an eight-week online wellbeing program—with no travel required.
This research aims to improve mental health and wellbeing support for families living in regional communities, and participation helps ensure voices from areas like ours are included.
