Black Mountain Rural Fire Brigade Black Mountain Rural Fire Brigade is a volunteer organisation keeping the community safe. We welcome community minded people to join our brigade.

Black Mountain Rural Fire Brigade is a volunteer service to the community. We attend bushfires, grass fires, floods & storm cleanup, and assist Auxiliary & Urban brigades. Junior members can join the Rural Fire Brigade from 16 years of age. Please contact our Fire Warden, Harry Kirk, for permits to burn: 0427 163 224 . Training is every 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month at 1800hrs (6pm).
