Welcome to NSW RFS Cooyal Brigade!
Cooyal Brigade forms part of the NSW RFS Cudgegong District, providing emergency response to bush and grass fires within the Mid-Western Regional Council Area.
Cooyal Brigade volunteer members make up just some of the 1450 volunteer firefighters from 27 Brigades in this area.
Volunteer firefighters from the Cooyal Brigade attend a range of emergency calls annually, including:
- Bush and Grass Fires
- Motor Vehicle Accidents
- Car Fires
- Building Fires
- Flood and Storm Damage
- Automatic Fire Alarms
- Assist Other Agencies
