Their duty involves responding to various emergencies, including bushfires, structure fires, motor vehicle accidents, vehicle fires, floods, and storm damage. They are also actively involved in assisting other emergency services such as Fire and Rescue NSW, Ambulance NSW, and NSW Police. Every year, the Copacabana Rural Fire Brigade attends many emergency situations, dealing with them promptly and effectively.
