Join Nabiac's friendly Community Garden volunteers for a fun morning out in the garden. It has been seven years since the first works started (with the plumbing in of a water tank donated by Kit Carson), and the garden has weathered drought, storms and Covid lockdowns to steadily keep on growing.
Taste some produce, pick out a w**d or two, and take home some rootstock for delicious native raspberries.
Morning tea will be provided.

Early field walk & talk, looking at the installation of woody debris in a corridor area to enhance habitat, mitigate erosion, and trap sediment and seeds.
We'll then retreat to the shade for a sit down presentation from ecologist Joel Stibbard about the diversity of animals that need good ground habitat to survive.
Morning tea and lunch provided.
