World Environment Day is this Friday 5th June. It's a day dedicated to encouraging worldwide awareness and action for the protection of the environment and we're all in.

We recycle, compost, feed worms, don't waste water, try and reduce our rubbish, plant and look after our environment. We do what we can for sustainability.

SOCCER GAME POSTPONED AGAIN due to the wet grounds.

Unfortunately, Penrith Council has closed Andromeda Oval and the scheduled soccer game for tomorrow is postponed to a later date. Once we have more information, we will let the team know.

WE’RE TAKING IT IN OUR STRIDE this FRIDAY 22 MAY 2026. It's Walk Safely to School Day. We can consider our transport habits and incorporate more walking as part of a healthy, active way to get around.

It’s quite easy to figure out how you can build a walk into your family’s daily routine.

You can teach your child the healthy habit of walking more by:
• Walking with them the whole way to school
• If they get the bus, walk past your usual stop and get on at the next stop
• If you drive, park the car a little way away from the school and walk the rest of the way.

Regular exercise like walking with your child is not only a healthy activity, it also gives you a great opportunity to teach your child safe ways to behave around roads and traffic.
