Fantastic to see people back in our shopping centres and supporting our local small businesses in Burwood.

As a community, it is vital that we get the balance right between protecting both the health and economy of our nation.

The current easing of restrictions is a positive step. Please make sure you visit local business to show them support whilst maintaining a safe level of social distancing!

Whilst the way we celebrate ANZAC Day might be different this year, the importance of service and sacrifice for the betterment of one's country rings truer than ever.

We are all finding social distancing and stay at home measures tough right now. Take a moment to remember the hundreds of thousands of brave Australian men and women over the years who put their lives on hold to go overseas and fight to protect our way of life.

Lest we forget.

I learnt two things this New Year that I would like to share with you all

1) Getting a baby to look at the camera whilst taking a photo will be as difficult this decade as it was in the last one

2) If you leave it up to your Mother-in-law to choose your Korean Cultural attire you may not be thrilled by the colour she chooses
