Whether you're cooling down after a tough training session or supporting your rehabilitation journey, our new Recovery Centre has been designed to help you perform at your best.

Featuring:
🏊 Two temperature-controlled recovery pools (10°C–35°C) for contrast therapy, muscle recovery and team cool-downs
🔥 A five-person infrared sauna to support circulation, relaxation and recovery

Available to Gym + Recovery members and easy to book online, the Recovery Centre provides athletes and active community members with access to high-quality recovery facilities right here on the Sunshine Coast.
